Overview

At Rare, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges, in accordance with European consumer law.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order. This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the following contact form. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

• 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied, or
• (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
• If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at [insert the postal address], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately [insert cost] if sent by post.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item using the process outlined above, and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures that you receive the replacement item quickly and secures stock availability.

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable or where they are customized or made to your specification or are clearly personalized.
